1st of u ask for prosthetic implant not perio or os.so if we use arch bar or acrh clasp then there should be no complications.but if u go for multiple implants it will go for dislodgement of implants as well as prosthesis.u r thinking bar implant can succumbed the jaw.yes it can.take measure to ignore that.

I think bone auggmented to b bone rest,if it gulfs means developing pathology so switch on 2 biopsy if nothing serious then slice away the excess one.n mussle as area provided n skin as jone needed,b cos excess will b mugg up by microbes.
