A 41-year-old female patient with a failing post crown in tooth #21 FDI (#9 US) with root fracture and infection, the treatment involved implant placement with GBR and soft tissue augmentation. 

A 26-year-old female patient is treated following the "MeteenDoor"- protocol. This Dutch protocol includes the placement of a bone substitute simultaneously with Immediate Implant Placement and Provisionalization (IIPP) reducing the horizontal buccal bone changes.

A 26-year-old female patient wanted to have her teeth straightened. This clinical case describes the extractions of the lower deciduous second molars, followed by immediate implant placement. After the completion of the orthodontic treatment the final restorations were placed.

A 54-year-old man presented with missing right lower teeth and ridge deficiency. Horizontal and vertical augmentation by GBR (Guided Bone Regeneration) was carried out using the “Tenting Screw Technique”. Two implants and a free gingival graft were placed.

A 33-year-old male patient's chief complaint was a missing lateral incisor which had been extracted several years earlier. A one-stage implant procedure simultaneous to connective tissue grafting and the use of a slim healing abutment was planned.

A 29-year-old male patient presented himself after a traumatic injury with nonspecific pain in the maxillary front area. Tooth #11 FDI (#8 US) showed only little discomforting response to percussion. the patient opted for an implant-based prosthodontic restoration.

A 68-year-old female patient wearing an implant-supported restoration with a very high mobility due to periimplantitis. The treatment consisted in placement of new implants and a new prosthesis to re-establish function, esthetics and provide overall comfort.

A 28-year-old female patient was referred by an endodontist. The root showed signs of resorption and a long-term survival was questionable. The tooth had to be removed and an immediate implant with an adjacent muco-gingival surgery was placed.

This patient is a young patient asking for dental implants to replace her hopeless maxillary central incisors. The patient's chief complaint was the increased mobility of her maxillary central incisors. She has a history of traumatic injury to the central incisors. 

A 21-year-old female patient presented with a fractured anterior incisor #11 FDI (#8 US). Pre-operative 3D-CT showed an intact buccal bone plate. The incisor had to be extracted, an immediate implant and an immediate provisional restoration were placed the same day.

A 43-year-old male patient was not comfortable with the idea of a denture. The loss of anterior teeth finally stimulated the urgency to move forward with a solid reconstructive plan.  A restoration provided at day of surgery proved to be the optimal solution for this patient.

A 54-year-old female patient presented with 2 implant failures as well as a bone graft failure. As a result of an apical surgery, an amalgam tattoo was evident on the buccal aspect. The compromised pink aesthetics, as well as prosthodontic discrepancies, were evident.
