An 80-year-old female patient presents a fractured root on a distal fixed bridge element in the posterior maxilla. The case is solved with immediate flapless implant placement using dynamic navigated surgery of mesially tilted implants and immediate provisionalization.

A 26-year-old female patient is treated following the "MeteenDoor"- protocol. This Dutch protocol includes the placement of a bone substitute simultaneously with Immediate Implant Placement and Provisionalization (IIPP) reducing the horizontal buccal bone changes.

A 26-year-old female patient wanted to have her teeth straightened. This clinical case describes the extractions of the lower deciduous second molars, followed by immediate implant placement. After the completion of the orthodontic treatment the final restorations were placed.

A 39-year-old male patient with large diastemas. The following case was solved by a combination of orthodontics and prosthodontics, along with tools used to predictably achieve the desired result.

A 55-year-old male patient desired replacement of a previously extracted, missing lower canine #43 FDI (#27 US) which had not been previously restored. The treatment option was the placement of an implant with horizontal and vertical bone augmentation.

A 29-year-old male patient presented himself after a traumatic injury with nonspecific pain in the maxillary front area. Tooth #11 FDI (#8 US) showed only little discomforting response to percussion. the patient opted for an implant-based prosthodontic restoration.

A 28-year-old female patient was referred by an endodontist. The root showed signs of resorption and a long-term survival was questionable. The tooth had to be removed and an immediate implant with an adjacent muco-gingival surgery was placed. 

A 65-year-old female patient came for a complete-arch treatment.  The aim was to re-position the old removable denture in its original position to be able to transfer it into a cement-retained provisional denture. 

A 72-year-old female patient was affected by the poor fit of her existing mandibular complete denture, especially the constant movement while chewing. The final treatment included a new maxillary complete denture and a mandibular implant fixed complete denture. 

A 39-year-old female patient presented with the extensive incisal wear of the maxillary incisors due to an occlusal habit that exposed large areas of dentin created some sensitivity and produced short teeth that the patient did not like.

A 58-year-old female patient presented with extensively eroded abraded and cracked teeth requiring complete coverage crowns.

A 53-year-old female patient presented with the molar removed, preserving the buccal plate and there was sufficient bone to place an implant in an optimal restorative position. The tooth was extracted and an implant placed. 

A 75-year-old female patient with multiple medical conditions asking for dental implants to improve her masticatory function. As such, the All-on-4® treatment concept protocol for the mandible and later on a flapless implant surgery for the maxilla have been employed.

A 58-year-old male patient case shows the rehabilitation of failing dentition in the maxilla, including digital treatment planning. The mandible was also included in the treatment process to receive a satisfying functional and esthetic result.

A 65-year-old male healthy patient, who had already experienced implant reconstruction of his lower jaw some 12 years previously, wished to find a fixed alternative to his troublesome removable prosthesis. A good volume of bone and of keratinized tissues remained.
