A 34-year-old male patient presented with the central incisor severely damaged, it had to be extracted. A socket preservation approach was chosen and an implant was placed following a delayed placement protocol with a connective tissue graft.

A 22-year-old football player suffered from a traumatic injury which led to an avulsion of his maxillary left central incisor. The treatment selected was the placement of a single crown on tooth #11 FDI (#8 US) and a single implant to replace tooth #21 FDI (#9 US). 

A 68-year-old female patient with an initial crown preparation that was extended to the bone level. The tooth was extracted and an implant placed. The mucosal recession was experienced due to bone loss associated with cracked root.

This patient is a young patient asking for dental implants to replace her hopeless maxillary central incisors. The patient's chief complaint was the increased mobility of her maxillary central incisors. She has a history of traumatic injury to the central incisors. 

A 21-year-old female patient presented with a fractured anterior incisor #11 FDI (#8 US). Pre-operative 3D-CT showed an intact buccal bone plate. The incisor had to be extracted, an immediate implant and an immediate provisional restoration were placed the same day.

A 54-year-old male patient presented for rehabilitation of an extended maxillary edentulous space. The patient was rehabilitated without any grafting by using artificial pink gingiva and implants with bone expansion properties. 

A 54-year-old female patient presented with 2 implant failures as well as a bone graft failure. As a result of an apical surgery, an amalgam tattoo was evident on the buccal aspect. The compromised pink aesthetics, as well as prosthodontic discrepancies, were evident. 

A 28-year-old male patient presented after a bilateral sagittal split osteotomy performed to correct a Class II deep bite. During the same surgery, an autogenous chin graft was placed in order to augment the anterior maxilla. 

A 69-year-old male patient presented with 3 healing caps and silk in the mandible. The patient had undergone two implant placements. Second implant placements by a new dentist led to severe immediate post-surgical pain which prompted the patient to seek the second opinion.
