A 40-year-old male patient presented with agenesis of both upper lateral incisors and a Class III skeletal malocclusion. The treatment selected was: Orthodontic treatment, Implant placement #12 and #22 FDI  (#7 and #10 US).

A 25-year-old female patient presented a deep undermining carious lesion on the lingual surface of the endodontically treated tooth, solved by an immediate implant placement procedure using the “pre-extractive interradicular implant bed preparation” technique.

A 29-year-old male patient presented himself after a traumatic injury with nonspecific pain in the maxillary front area. Tooth #11 FDI (#8 US) showed only little discomforting response to percussion. the patient opted for an implant-based prosthodontic restoration.

A 62-year-old male patient with a long history of periodontitis which resulted in extensive gingival recessions compromising the aesthetics. The treatment plan involved a combination of implant-and tooth-supported restorations.

A 34-year-old male patient presented with the central incisor severely damaged, it had to be extracted. A socket preservation approach was chosen and an implant was placed following a delayed placement protocol with a connective tissue graft.

A 28-year-old female patient was referred by an endodontist. The root showed signs of resorption and a long-term survival was questionable. The tooth had to be removed and an immediate implant with an adjacent muco-gingival surgery was placed. 

A 68-year-old female patient with an initial crown preparation that was extended to the bone level. The tooth was extracted and an implant placed. The mucosal recession was experienced due to bone loss associated with cracked root.

This patient is a young patient asking for dental implants to replace her hopeless maxillary central incisors. The patient's chief complaint was the increased mobility of her maxillary central incisors. She has a history of traumatic injury to the central incisors. 

This patient presented with multiple decayed teeth and both periodontal and occlusal breakdown. She had a past history of drug abuse. Since the existing teeth could not be restored because of the extensive damage, the All-on-4® treatment concept was used in both arches.

A 63-year-old female patient's chief complaint was the severe impact on function and chewing following extensive periodontal breakdown associated with significant mobility of numerous teeth. A full mouth rehabilitation over implants was the option selected.
