This full-day event brings together the Hong Kong dental community and international experts to celebrate progress, deepen expertise, and build bridges across borders. Whether you’ve been part of the study clubs or are joining us for the first time, this summit offers a unique opportunity to engage with thought leaders and shape the future of oral rehabilitation.

The Speakers at this Event

Dr. James Chow received his dental and medical degree from Hong Kong University in 1988 and 1998 and completed his specialist training in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery in Hong Kong. He is the Honorary Associate Professor at Hong Kong University and Shanghai Jiaotong University. Dr. Chow has expertise in immediate dental implant loading, Zygomatic implants, and guided surgery. He lectures nationally and internationally and has published over 20 articles on dental implants, computer-aided surgery, and three-dimensional technology in oral surgery. His private practice is located in Hong Kong.
Dr. Feng Wang was graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, School of Dentistry, China. She obtained her M.D. degree in Department of Oral Surgery. During the past several years, she has been involved in oral implants treatment for patients and has showed a high level of activity in clinical work and education. Dr. Wang has an ongoing interest in digital implant dentistry, oral rehabilitation in congenital teeth missing patients, dental implant therapy for bone deficiency and defect patients, and has published more than 50 papers in peer-reviewed journals as author/co-author. She got the support from ITI as an ITI scholar in the Department of Periodontology and Oral Medicine, University of Michigan between 2012 and 2013. Currently, she is the Associated Professor of Department of Oral Implantology, Shanghai Ninth People’s Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
Dr. Ching Yuen Lok Loretta is a distinguished dental surgeon specializing in implant dentistry. She earned her BSc in Chemistry and BDS at The University of Hong Kong, followed by an MSc in Implant Dentistry at Loma Linda University, where she later served as Assistant Clinical Professor. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology and the Academy of Osseointegration, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. With over 10 years at the Aesthetic Dental Implant Centre in Hong Kong, Dr. Ching has also contributed as a locum surgeon for Project Concern and gained international experience in Taiwan and Tanzania. Her research, awards, and publications—such as her thesis on peri-implant bone loss—demonstrate her commitment to advancing implant dentistry.
Dr. Jack Ji graduated from the University of Hong Kong and completed his master in Biomedical Science in University of Maryland in 2017. He has also attained both certificates in Periodontics and Implant Periodontal Prosthodontics. He was awarded Richard J. Lazzara Fellowship in Advanced Implant Surgery by American Academy of Periodontology Foundation in 2017, and became a Diplomate of American Board of Periodontology in 2018. He is a fellow of International College of Dentists and member of American Academy of Periodontology and European Academy of Osseointegration. Dr Ji serves as Honorary Clinical Assistant Professor in the University of Hong Kong and Clinical Instructor and Dean’s Faculty in the University of Maryland. His clinical interest includes prevention and management of peri-implant complications, soft tissue microsurgeries, and digital dentistry.
Dr. Zhang Yu is the deputy director of Department of Implantology of the Peking University Stomatological Hospital. He is also the vice chairman of the Working Committee of Dental Implantologist, branch of stomatologists from the Chinese Medical Doctor Association. Dr Zhang is a member of the oral Implantology Special Committee of the Chinese Stomatological Association and he also used to be Academic Secretary of FOR China branch in the past.
Dr. Wang is an MD, Associate Professor and Graduate tutor at the Guanghua School of Stomatology, Sun Yat-sen University in China. She is a member of the Implantology Special Committee of Guangdong Stomatological Association and a member of the special committee from the Female Doctors Association of the same school. Dr Wang is also a member of the International Association for Dental Research (IADR).
Dr. Kuo is Director of Eutopia Dental Clinic and a Diplomate of both the Taiwanese Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry and the Chinese Academy of Implant and Esthetic Dentistry. A graduate of National Yang-Ming University, Dr. Kuo completed the UCLA Master Implant Program in 2011 and is a recognized ZEISS International Speaker. Dr. Kuo also holds fellowships with the Japanese Society of Aesthetic Dentistry and the Taiwan Alliance of Dental Implant Associations, reflecting his deep expertise in implantology and aesthetic dental care.
Prof. Yi Man is Chief Physician and Director of the Department of Implantology at West China Stomatological Hospital, Sichuan University. A leading expert in oral implantology and tissue regeneration, he has published extensively in top journals (Nat. Commun., Sci. Adv., Clin. Oral Implants Res.), authored key clinical guidelines and monographs, and established the world’s first oral implant disease cohort database. He holds prominent national and international leadership roles, including Vice Chairman of the Implantology Committee of the China Stomatological Association and Chairman-elect of the China Branch of the International Implant Society, and has been recognized with major awards such as National Outstanding Young Physician and the Ministry of Education’s Science and Technology Progress Award.
