Can I get an all on 4 ?

looking to save some money 

Teo dentist told I could do all on 4

one told me that he could do all on 6 ( 2mm on my thinner bone in my bottom arch)

Is a all on four suitable to my case?

I have enough bone in the front bottom teeth is really new essay to have more the four implants for a full arch ( 10 teeth replacement )

Two implants dentists told me I could do all on 4 no problem.
