Do they treat different the placement of immediate implant in the below situations?

I am very happy to watch this conferences  at my own pace.what about when they have teeth  with periapical lesions . Do they Do the same technique? Do they will clean the infection first and then place the implant, or Do they clean the infection no matter the size of the lesion and place an immediate implant?  Thanks in advance for your answers
