Luc Vrielinck: Accuracy in planning - stability in positioning - versatility in execution

Supported by a clinical patient example, Dr Vrielienk presents his first experiences applying a new, innovative, simplified digital workflow protocol and reviews the treatment steps and advantages. In comparison to previous workflow protocols, which at times were a logistical challenge for the practice team, the new system offers considerable simplification of steps, e.g. avoiding need for double scanning and prosthetic set-up, as well as higher flexibilty in treatment planning and execution. Additional clinical interventions such as e.g. alveolectomy, tooth extractions and augmentations can be flexibly integrated in the workflow. Dr Vrielinck concludes that the new workflow approach supports faster, easier and better treatment execution, allows to treat more patients and reduces stress for the surgeon.
