Lambert Stumpel

Biography

Dr. Lambert J. Stumpel received a dental degree in 1982 from the Royal University of Utrecht, School of Dentistry in the Netherlands. He is the former Director of Implant Prosthetics, Oral and Maxillofacial Residency Program, University of the Pacific in San Francisco. He also was an Assistant Professor at The University of California School of Dentistry in San Francisco. He has authored over 25 articles and a textbook chapter. He lectures nationally and internationally. He practiced on the island of Aruba, and was in private practice in Breda in the Netherlands. Currently, Dr. Stumpel maintains a private practice in San Francisco, CA and is the CEO of Idondivi, Inc.

Fully edentulous maxilla - a "different" treatment approach

A 65-year-old female patient came for a complete-arch treatment.  The aim was to re-position the old removable denture in its original position to be able to transfer it into a cement-retained provisional denture.
